Yes — open the order, choose Send to Accountants.Contact from the order actions and click Update. It is safe: the server returns the existing invoice rather than creating a new one.

Under WooCommerce → Settings → Accountants.Contact → Products you can turn on auto-export (a product is pushed to Accountants.Contact whenever you save it), export your whole catalogue in one click, or import your Accountants.Contact items into WooCommerce. Products are matched by SKU; imported items you don't already have are created as draft products so you can review them before publishing.
