TL;DR

AI summary of the plugin's readme

This plugin is for WordPress developers using Advanced Custom Fields who need a Google font selection field. It solves the problem of manually managing font lists and enqueueing by letting users pick fonts with specific variants and charsets, and automatically loading them in the theme.
