After at most 14 days or once 200 successful AI answers have been generated in total, whichever happens first. Your Alynivo account shows the current status and sends factual reminders. After the trial, the website returns to Free unless you deliberately purchase a plan.

Successful AI replies to visitors and newly generated AI handover summaries count. Personal replies from your team and technically failed requests do not. Opening an unchanged saved summary again does not use another answer.

Your saved answers, enquiry form, guided WooCommerce advice and local Free features remain available. There is no invoice or automatic plan. Stored live-chat conversations remain accessible only within their normal retention period and the permissions of your account.

Yes. Alynivo Agent is a free companion app. Sign in with an Alynivo account that can access a connected website with an active Pro trial. The trial is not purchased or started inside the native app.

Knowledge gaps and the extended website results are shown in the Alynivo area inside WordPress. The on-demand AI handover summary appears directly on a conversation in the browser, WordPress and supported versions of the iPhone/iPad app.

Yes — but what it can answer depends on the plan, and the difference is worth knowing before you decide. The free version answers around the clock from the questions and answers you stored yourself. Those live in your own WordPress and know nothing about office hours. What it cannot do is handle a question you did not anticipate: there the visitor is offered a contact form instead. With Managed AI the assistant also answers free-text questions in natural language at three in the morning, grounded in your own business knowledge. A person only takes over when a person is there, and the widget says so plainly rather than showing an “agent online” dot to an empty room.

Live Chat lets a real person take over a conversation the AI started, in the same chat window. You see every conversation in one inbox — browser, iPhone/iPad, and wp-admin. It is optional: without it the widget keeps answering automatically.

Yes. Alynivo Agent is available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad. With Pro, your team can see new conversations, follow the AI and take over directly in the app. The browser inbox and WordPress admin inbox remain available as well.
