Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about Aplivara Automate & Engage

Yes. Your testimonials, walls and forms live in your PlugFlow workspace, and review requests and automations run in the PlugFlow service. The plugin only displays and connects that content on your site.
Yes. The PlugFlow Free plan includes one connected site and lets you show walls and collect testimonials. Review-request emails are sent by PlugFlow and need a paid PlugFlow plan; the monthly allowance is shown on the settings page once the site is connected. The plugin itself is free and has no paid features of its own.
Create a licence key on the "Licences & Plugins" page of the PlugFlow dashboard, then paste it under Settings → Automate & Engage and click Activate. A key can be active on as many sites as your plan allows.
Add the Testimonial Wall block to a page or post and pick a wall by name, or use [plugflow_wall id="…"] in any shortcode or text element, or add the classic "Testimonial Wall" widget to a sidebar. The wall's layout and colours are set per wall in the PlugFlow dashboard; the wrapper element has the class plugflow-wall, plus any class you add to the block or shortcode (class="…"), for theme-level overrides.
Add the Testimonial Form block or [plugflow_form slug="…"] where you want the form. Submissions go to your PlugFlow workspace, where you approve them before they appear on any wall.
Yes, optionally. With WooCommerce active you can switch on post-purchase review requests (PlugFlow emails the customer a link to your form after a delay you choose) and order events for automations (paid, completed, cancelled and refunded orders are sent to your PlugFlow workspace). Both are off by default.
In the PlugFlow dashboard at plugflow.in: moderation, walls, forms, review requests and automations are all configured there. WordPress shows the result.
The blocks (plugflow/wall, plugflow/form), the shortcodes and the plugflow-wall class name the PlugFlow service the content comes from. They are stable identifiers so that pages built with them keep working.
Clicking Deactivate on Settings → Automate & Engage releases this site's slot in PlugFlow and removes the key from this site; paste the key again to reconnect. While the site is disconnected, walls and forms are not shown to visitors (administrators see a short note where the wall would be). Deactivating the plugin itself keeps the key and releases the slot until you reactivate. Deleting the plugin releases the slot and removes the plugin's settings, cached data and scheduled tasks from WordPress; your testimonials stay in your PlugFlow workspace. Nothing shows on the page Check that the licence is active under Settings → Automate & Engage, that the wall is published in the PlugFlow dashboard and that it contains approved testimonials.
Deactivate that earlier copy first, then activate Aplivara Automate & Engage. Your settings, licence key, blocks, shortcodes and widgets carry over, and you can delete the earlier copy afterwards. The plugin shows a notice naming the earlier copy if it is still active.
