Add the shortcode [appovent_booking_form] to any page or post where customers should book appointments.

Create your services first under Appovent > Services, then assign one service to each staff member. The assigned service appears on the public booking form.

Open Appovent > Staff, add or edit a staff member, and use the Weekly Availability section. You can use "Copy Monday to weekdays" or "Copy Monday to all days" to fill the schedule quickly. Times use the WordPress site timezone.

Yes. Go to Appovent > Holidays & Days Off. You can block a date for the whole business or for one staff member only.

Yes. Customers receive a secure link in their notifications to cancel or reschedule. Rescheduling checks slot availability before it is saved.

Yes. Time slots that are already booked are not offered to other customers.

No. Core booking and email notifications work without them. SMS (MSG91, Twilio, Textlocal), WhatsApp Business Platform and Google Calendar are optional and need your own provider accounts and credentials.

Create your own OAuth application in Google Cloud, enter the client ID and secret under Appovent > Settings, then authorize the connection. Use the "Test connection" button to confirm it works.
