No. Every edit to a published page or post is stored as a proposed change, and new content is saved as a draft. Only you can publish it: on the Pending changes screen, or, if you turned it on, by approving in Claude, ChatGPT or WhatsApp.

Yes. Hebrew (עברית) ships with the plugin, including the right-to-left admin screens. Other languages come from translate.wordpress.org, and you are welcome to help translate.

Only if you turn on "Show AssistantLabs as the author". That user has no permissions at all, nobody can sign in as it, and AssistantLabs never acts as it: it is only a name on drafts and revisions. It is kept if you uninstall the plugin, so your history stays readable.

No. Calls between your site and AssistantLabs are signed with a shared secret in custom headers, which works on hosts that strip the Authorization header.

No. The plugin creates no API key, and the AssistantLabs user it relies on has no permissions at all. AssistantLabs reads the store only through the plugin's own signed, read-only routes, and changes it only by proposing drafts and edits that wait for you to publish them. Updating from 2.1 deletes the key and webhooks earlier versions set up.

No. Store events are written to a small queue and sent by WooCommerce's Action Scheduler in the background. If AssistantLabs is unavailable, an event is retried up to five times over about an hour and a half.

Only an explicit opt-in checkbox on your checkout (for example MailPoet's). Developers can name their own field with the assistantlabs_wc_marketing_consent_fields filter. Without one, no consent is sent.
