TL;DR

AI summary of the plugin's readme

Author Post Ratings is for site owners or bloggers who want the post author (not visitors) to rate their own content. It solves the lack of plugins offering author-driven star ratings by adding a 1-5 star rating meta box that displays automatically or via shortcode on posts, pages, and custom post types.

1-5 star rating meta box
Rate posts, pages, custom post types
Leave post unrated
Auto-display rating top or bottom
Shortcode for custom placement
Enable/disable per post type
Customizable rating label text
Spanish language translation included
