No. AverForm is a no-code drag and drop form builder. You add fields by dragging them onto the canvas and configure everything from the settings panel. The only thing you ever copy and paste is the form's shortcode.

Go to AverForm → Add New, choose the Contact Form template, adjust the fields if you want, save it, then paste the shortcode (for example [averform id="1"]) into the page where you want the form to appear. The template already includes an admin email notification, so you will be notified about submissions right away.

No. AverForm has no jQuery dependency, and its frontend CSS and JavaScript are only enqueued on pages that actually render a form. Pages without a form load no AverForm assets at all.
