Go to WooCommerce → Product Exporter. Choose fields from the left panel (drag or click), select format (CSV in free), apply filters, and click Export Now. The file downloads automatically.
Yes — use the Save as Template button. Free version allows 1 template; Pro — unlimited.
Free: ID, SKU, Name, Prices, Stock, Descriptions, Categories/Tags/Brands, Attributes, Featured/Gallery Image URLs. Pro adds: ACF fields, any custom meta, translations (WPML/Polylang).
Scheduled/automated exports, incremental mode, post-actions (email/FTP/cloud/webhook) are available only in the Pro version.
Free: exports only image URLs in CSV columns. Pro: full media export — ZIP archive, upload to cloud (Google Drive, Dropbox, AWS S3, Yandex.Disk), local folder, custom filenames.
Multilingual export (separate columns or files per language for WPML/Polylang) is available in Pro.
Yes — tested with thousands of products. For very large stores (>50k products) we recommend PHP 8.1+, 512+ MB memory limit, and using chunked processing (Pro setting).
