TL;DR

AI summary of the plugin's readme

Better Block Editor is for WordPress site owners and builders using the native Block Editor who want more layout and design control without a page builder. It adds responsive layout, visibility, and animation settings plus pre-made importable site templates that aren't natively available in core Block Editor.
