Email notifications work automatically after activation. To customize them: 1. Go to Bookster → Integrations → Email tab 2. You'll see templates for confirmation emails and reminders 3. Edit the subject line and message content 4. Use placeholder tags like {appt_number}, {customer_name} and {service_name} 5. Set when reminder emails send (e.g., 24 hours before appointment) - this feature is COMING SOON 6. Click Save Changes
Yes, if you enable the customer dashboard, then the customers can log in and manage their appointments.
It's easy to adjust opening hours. Go to Bookster → Settings → Schedule and add work periods (e.g., 9am-12pm, 1pm-5pm).
Yes. When adding or editing an agent: 1. Go to Bookster → Agents 2. Click on a staff member's name 3. Choose Work Schedule section 4. Set custom hours for that agent 5. Click Save Their availability will only show during their working hours.

Yes, the booking calendar is fully responsive. Customers can book appointments from smartphones, tablets, or computers. The calendar automatically adjusts to screen size.
Yes, go to Bookster → Dashboard → Top Services in your WP dashboard. You'll see: Total bookings per service Revenue by service Busiest times and days Staff performance metrics
