Sign in to your Business Cloud ERP account and go to Options → Settings → API Integration → Orders → Token. The token can only be generated once and cannot be displayed again, so save it securely.

Stock and price synchronization use separate schedules, with intervals ranging from every 5 minutes to once per day. A configurable lookback period helps ensure that no updates are missed.

The error appears in the Business Cloud ERP meta box on the order edit screen. After correcting the issue, click "Send to ERP" to retry the transfer manually.

Yes. The plugin supports Greek invoice fields from Webexpert Timologio, Timologia for WooCommerce, and Greek VAT Invoices for WooCommerce. Custom meta fields can also be configured. For B2B stores, an option is available to treat every order as an invoice.

Yes. In the Sync Settings tab, enter the last manually recorded order ID in the "Skip Orders Up To ID" field. Every order with that ID or a lower ID will be excluded.

For virtual-only orders with no shipping method or shipping charges, the plugin uses an enabled Free shipping method from the customer's shipping zone, falling back to a method with a numeric zero cost or Local pickup with a blank cost. If the order has no shipping address, its billing address determines the zone. Map the selected method ID in Business Cloud ERP as usual. If no suitable method is configured, the order remains unsent and shows an error.
