No. Canvza Core operates independently as a free visual builder. Its elements, page controls, responsive editing, Saved Sections, and Page Templates do not require the Pro companion.
Core provides the visual Builder and tools for creating your own pages and reusable layouts. Pro is a separate optional plugin that adds complete multi-page Site Systems and premium sections, headers, footers, and design packs for users who want more ready-made design resources.
Core includes the Service / Support Business preview workflow for page starters when the Pro companion is not installed, along with tools for saving your own reusable layouts. The six named multi-page Site Systems and premium design packs are supplied by the separate Pro companion.
No. Canvza is designed to render builder pages inside your active WordPress theme while applying its own builder styles for those pages. Compatibility can vary by theme, so test important pages before launch.
Yes. Open a WordPress page and choose Edit with Canvza, or create a new page to get started. Canvza stores its own Builder layout data with the page.
Yes. Core lets you save your own Saved Sections and Page Templates for reuse. You can also import and export Builder library JSON.
Yes. Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile modes let you review the canvas at different device widths. Use the responsive controls available for the selected element, then check the frontend on the screen sizes you need to support. Not every Inspector field has a separate device value.
Yes. Place a supported form plugin shortcode inside a text block on your contact or request page. Core also includes its own Brief Form element with editable fields, validation, nonce protection, and WordPress mail handling.
No. Builder content is stored on standard WordPress pages and post meta. Deactivating the plugin does not remove your pages. Keep Canvza active to edit and render Canvza layouts.
Users need permission to edit the page they are working on. Some admin screens also require the edit_theme_options capability.
