Yes, you need to create an account on ChatNode.ai to generate your chatbot and retrieve the bot ID for embedding.
Log in to your ChatNode dashboard and copy it from the "Settings" tab of your bot.
No. The chatbot script is loaded asynchronously from ChatNode’s servers, so it won’t block or delay the rest of your website from loading.
Customization options are handled through your ChatNode dashboard. You can change colors, avatar, welcome message, and more from there.
Currently, this plugin automatically embeds the chatbot site-wide. Future updates may add shortcode and block support for more flexibility.
Not at the moment, but we are working on adding conditional display options in future versions.
Any changes made in your ChatNode dashboard are automatically reflected on your website. There's no need to update anything in WordPress.
