Yes. Citrail automatically detects whether Yoast, Rank Math, or AIOSEO are active and doesn't duplicate their schema. If any of these plugins already generates JSON-LD schema, Citrail steps aside, marks it as correct in the scan, and doesn't add anything on its own.

Yes, all of them. Every fix (robots.txt, llms.txt, schema) saves a copy of the previous state before it's applied, and you can undo it with one click from the checklist or the wizard, at any time.

No. It uses WordPress's native robots_txt filter to add rules at the moment WordPress generates the response; it never creates or modifies a physical file. If your site already has a physical robots.txt file on the server, WordPress serves it directly and Citrail can't intervene; in that case, you'll need to edit it manually.

No. The scan only runs when you request it from the admin panel, never during your visitors' page views. The checks and fixes it applies are very lightweight and make no calls to external services.
