Pick a consent field (a checkbox, acceptance, or radio) from your form. When a visitor ticks it, the contact is sent to EmailOctopus; if they leave it unticked, nothing is sent at all, so nobody is added without agreeing. Leave it as "None" to use the subscriber status you chose for the form.

Yes. Choose "Use list setting" as the contact status and your list's own double opt-in setting decides. The Active and Unconfirmed choices override it per form.
