Yes. ClickSyncr connects Contact Form 7 to Kit, so Contact Form 7 must be installed and activated.

Both — Kit is the new name for ConvertKit. This plugin uses the Kit v4 API and works with your existing ConvertKit/Kit account.

You can map your form fields to the subscriber's email (required) and first name, plus any custom field you've created in your Kit account — the plugin loads your Kit custom fields automatically.

No. Kit matches subscribers by email address, so if the subscriber already exists it is updated; if not, a new one is created.

Your form still sends its normal Contact Form 7 email — the plugin never blocks your forms. If the sync doesn't complete, it simply catches up on the next submission from the same email.

Yes. Every Contact Form 7 form has its own ClickSyncr Kit setup, so each can sync to a different Kit form.
