There is no settings page specifically for this plugin. Configuration occurs within the Contact Form 7 form administration pages. Each form gets its own configuration. This plugin doesn't appear to have been updated in a while Simply put, it doesn't need to. Very little of this plugin relies on Wordpress core functionality, and Campaign Monitor doesn't change their API all that often, so unless something is completely broken, updating it every other week isn't necessary.
