Probably not, Wordpress manages the posts of other users by adding other users. But if you want a plugin to handle these posts without creating other users, or if those users are 'fictitious', this plugin is for you.

You must copy (from your theme directory) single.php and archive.php, rename these to single-contributorpost.php and archive-contributorpost.php. Disabilite from 'Contributors Posts Settings' -> 'Customize Contributor, Category and Tag Setting' the 'Select the option below to attive the plugin specific page showing a type:' options. Then customize your pages.

You can set querystring in widget or shortcode at Contributor link 'onlybio=true', then in archive-contributorpost.php page you can manage a querystring for disability the posts list and show only the description of taxonomy.
