Location lists are based on the open countries-states-cities-database project, licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL). See that project for full attribution and share-alike terms. Dropdowns are empty after install Go to Settings → Country State City Dropdown and use “Install missing data”. Use Force reinstall only if data is corrupted.
