No. Quotes are part of this plugin and part of the free version. Your client gets a branded PDF and a link where they can accept or decline, and you are told either way.

No. If that plugin is active, this one leaves quotes entirely alone — no duplicate menus, no duplicate records. Your existing quotes stay exactly as they are. If you later remove it, they simply show up here instead, because both use the same storage.

No. Making invoices — from orders or by hand — is free, and it stays free.

Free makes invoices and quotes, brands them, stores them, tracks them and delivers them. PRO automates it — invoices made and emailed when an order changes, PDFs re-stamped when payment lands, payment reminders, bulk uploads and an activity log. If you are happy pressing a button when you need an invoice, free is the whole thing.

By default in a private folder inside your uploads folder, which nobody can browse to. Customers download through a signed link or from their account. You can switch to the Media Library under Settings › Advanced.

Yes. Their invoices show in My Account — under Downloads, or on a tab of their own — with a download button and an "Email me a copy" button.

The status changes everywhere straight away. Re-stamping the PDF itself (UNPAID to PAID, say) is done by the PRO add-on, for invoices the plugin drew. A PDF you uploaded always keeps its original file, and the list tells you honestly which happened.

Send them from a real address on your own domain (Settings › Emails), and if your host's mail is unreliable, use an SMTP plugin. Settings › Emails has a button to send yourself a test.

It is all still there, in fewer, clearer places. Every old screen and bookmark forwards to its new home automatically. Your invoices, quotes, numbering and settings are untouched.
