The current designer uses products from selected WooCommerce orders. Choose a preview order and Current item, then bind the barcode to the product SKU or another supported field. There is no independent product-catalogue batch picker. Use Code128 for ordinary alphanumeric SKUs; EAN requires a valid identifier and check digit. Always scan a physical sample.

No. Address layouts print the shipping details already stored on an order. Arrange postage, collections and carrier tracking separately.

The separate Pro add-on issues numbered invoices and credit notes using dedicated layouts. Free includes manual labels, packing slips, delivery notes and job sheets. Invoice drafts do not issue numbers. Credit notes require an actual WooCommerce refund and the original invoice in the register. This is PDF invoicing, not electronic invoice submission or tax filing. Check seller details, layout and tax treatment for your business before issuing.

Pro preserves the issued PDF and the fields used to create it. Later order edits do not rewrite it. Invoices and credit notes are retained separately, without the operational document expiry. Order deletion does not remove the accounting register. Export records and review retention before uninstalling. Explicit opt-in data deletion removes them too.

Product tables continue across PDF pages, with the header and footer repeated. Choose one to six columns. A batch supports up to 300 document pages and each order up to 2,000 lines. A single row that cannot fit is rejected with a clear message. The canvas estimates the first page; check the generated PDF before printing.

You can design dispatch and address labels using WooCommerce shipping details. The plugin does not purchase postage, book carriers or generate carrier-approved shipping labels.

Yes. Set the label size to match your stock, or arrange labels on A4/Letter sheets with margins and gaps. Print the PDF at actual size using your normal printer software. Printer compatibility and borderless output depend on your printer and driver.

Yes. Export a design as JSON and import it into the designer on another site. Free sample templates and an import guide are linked above. Local image attachments may need to be selected again on the destination site.

Yes. Orders are accessed through WooCommerce CRUD and both HPOS and legacy order storage have been tested.
