Yes. The plugin fully declares HPOS compatibility and reads/writes orders through the WooCommerce data store — not via direct wp_posts queries — so it works correctly whether HPOS is enabled or disabled.
CSV is the supported format for both import and export. The delimiter is selectable per operation: comma (default), semicolon, tab, pipe, or a custom character of your choice.
No hard limit. The WooCommerce orders import export process runs in configurable batches, so even stores with tens of thousands of orders or coupons can complete the operation without PHP timeouts.
If an imported order or coupon ID matches an existing record, that record will be updated. A confirmation popup will warn you to create a backup before every import runs.
Yes. After mapping columns during an advanced import, you can save the mapping as a named template and reuse it for future WooCommerce order or coupon import operations.
