Go to WooCommerce → Orders in your WordPress dashboard. Select the order you want to modify (click its Order ID). On the order detail page, click the "Recalculate Deposit" button. A popup will appear showing deposit options (amount, type, etc.). Configure as needed. Click Update Order.
