Upload the contents of eus-for-woocommerce.php to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress

Edit the WooCommerce product you would like to hide.
Scroll down to the 'Product Data' section.
In the 'General' tab, there is a drop down labled 'Prerequisite Purchase'
Select the prerequisite product of your choice and hit save.
