Yes. The plugin declares Requires Plugins: contact-form-7 and shows a notice if it is not active.

It is copied into the new tables in batches through the migration wizard. The old tables are not deleted.

Files are stored in wp-content/uploads/entrafo-private/, and the plugin automatically creates an .htaccess file and an index.php file that block direct access on Apache servers. If your hosting uses nginx or IIS, .htaccess is not interpreted, so it is advisable to add a server rule: location ~* /wp-content/uploads/entrafo-private/ { deny all; } In any case, file names are random (128-bit) and are only served from the plugin via the REST API after checking permissions on every request.

Yes. Create a report in the Scheduled reports tab, choose the form, the columns and the recipients, and pick a daily, weekly or monthly schedule. The CSV is sent by email as an attachment or as a secure download link.

No. Each report only contains the submissions received since the previous successful run. If a send fails, the next run includes those rows again.

They use WP-Cron, which runs when the site receives visits. For on-time delivery on quiet sites, define DISABLE_WP_CRON and call wp-cron.php from a system cron every few minutes. The Scheduled reports tab warns you if WP-Cron is disabled or reports are overdue.

In wp-content/uploads/entrafo-private/reports/, with random names, under the same protection as attachments. They are deleted after the number of days set in Settings (90 by default). Download links in emails expire and require a logged-in user who can export the form.
