I cannot sign in during Connect EnvisaSoft Use your EnvisaSoft email and password at https://chat.envisasoft.com/login. If the account is inactive, ask the EnvisaSoft account owner. My website is not in the list The WordPress address must match the EnvisaSoft website, including www vs non-www. Create the website during Connect EnvisaSoft if you are allowed to, or ask the EnvisaSoft account owner to add you to that website. I see a domain mismatch You can only connect this WordPress site to an EnvisaSoft website for the same domain. You cannot connect it to a different company’s website. Connection expired Start Connect EnvisaSoft again. Authorization requests expire after a few minutes.

Confirm the plugin is active, Settings → Live Chat shows Connected, you are viewing a public page rather than wp-admin, and any page cache was cleared after connecting. The bubble appears but chat cannot connect This WordPress origin may not be in the site’s allowed origins in EnvisaSoft. Reconnect, or ask the EnvisaSoft account owner to add https://your-domain.com and https://www.your-domain.com.

It turns chat off on this WordPress site and forgets the local connection. It does not delete the EnvisaSoft website. You can connect again.

Activate and configure the plugin on each site that should show chat. Connect EnvisaSoft separately on each site.
