You can find the Pixel ID in the Ads Manager here: https://www.facebook.com/ads/manager/pixel/facebook_pixel Your Facebook Pixel ID is located on the right hand side of this screen.
Pixel Cat - Conversion Pixel Manager will automatically detect your old settings, and will let you continue using the old version of the plugin for this purpose. You can then upgrade to the new pixel at any time.
