To calculate the VAT of products/services correctly on invoices: In WooCommerce Settings > "Tax" tab > "Prices entered with tax" select "No, I will enter prices exclusive of tax". If you want the store to show the final price to the customer including VAT: go to WooCommerce Settings > "Tax" tab and, for both "Display prices in the shop" and "Display prices during cart and checkout", select "Including tax". Enter the price without VAT for each of your products. Enter the CAByS code for each of your products. To calculate the VAT of shipping correctly on invoices: In WooCommerce Settings > "Shipping" tab > create or edit your flat-rate zone > enter the shipping price without VAT. In WooCommerce Settings > "Tax" tab > "Shipping tax class" select the VAT that applies (for example iva-tarifa-general-13). In WooCommerce Settings > "Tax" tab > select at the top the tax you will apply to shipping (for example iva-tarifa-general-13) > "Tax rates" > on the tax row check the "Shipping" box.
