TL;DR

AI summary of the plugin's readme

This plugin is for WordPress site administrators who find their wp-admin dashboard sluggish. It solves this by applying backend-only performance tweaks like lazy loading, reduced heartbeat frequency, and deferred stylesheet loading, without affecting the site's theme.
