Yes. Paste a CSV or TSV feed URL (comma, semicolon or tab separated; the format is detected automatically) or upload a CSV file of up to 5 MB. Uploaded files are snapshots, so automatic sync needs a feed URL that your supplier keeps updated.

Any supplier that gives you a product feed as XML, or as CSV/TSV (comma, semicolon or tab separated), via a URL, or a CSV file you upload. FeedPup does not need a supplier-specific integration: it reads the feed's own field names and suggests mappings that you confirm. Use the free analysis and preview to check your feed.

Yes, on a paid plan with a feed URL. Each scheduled sync updates the stock quantity (using WooCommerce's standard stock functions), prices and the other fields you selected for the products FeedPup imported.

FeedPup does not overwrite or delete them. It creates and updates only the products it imported and linked. If a supplier SKU already exists in your store, the new product gets a unique SKU suffix instead of overwriting the existing one. FeedPup never deletes WooCommerce products.

Every 24 hours on Starter, every 6 hours on Growth and every 2 hours on Pro. The free Basic plan has no scheduled sync.

Basic (free): 1 feed, analysis, mapping, preview and a draft test import of up to 100 products. Starter (€9.99/month): 1 feed, up to 750 products, sync every 24 hours.
