Yes, this plugin will work with all blocks registered and used on your site.
Yes, you don't have to worry about whether a third-party plugin is installed or not. Find My Blocks will look at all your WordPress posts. Old block names are still stored within the post, therefore they will still be located and listed for you on the results page.
Find My Blocks will automatically determine which Post Types have the WordPress editor enabled. Therefore only the necessary posts will be searched. You'll be able to identify which post type each block belongs to on the result page.
