TL;DR

AI summary of the plugin's readme

This plugin is for WordPress site builders using the block editor who want more control over spacing between blocks. It solves the problem of fixed spacer heights not adapting across devices by letting height be set per breakpoint and optionally using negative margins to overlap blocks.
