Yes. The GSpeech 2.X version (included in the same package) provides unlimited text-to-speech usage. For GSpeech 3.X you receive 50,000 characters per month for free. Characters are counted only when audio is generated. Once created, audio files are stored in the cloud and can be played unlimited times.

Your generated audio stays available. GSpeech does not delete previously generated audio files when your plan changes, including a change to the Free plan. Your audio remains securely stored in the GSpeech Cloud and available in your dashboard for playback and download. You can download your generated .mp3 files from the dashboard at any time. Already generated audio stays playable and is not billed again. Access to voices, new audio generation, automatic regeneration, translation, and other features may vary depending on your current plan.

Yes. Back-Catalog Cloud Generation covers posts from past years the same way as new ones. Audio is generated in the GSpeech Cloud when a visitor first requests playback, so you do not pre-generate the entire archive or spend characters on old articles nobody listens to.
