Yes. Options and custom fields that other plugins add to a cart line (text, choices, pictures or files uploaded for the product) are saved with the cart and put back when it is recovered, and files removed from the uploads folder in the meantime are restored from a private copy. They are deleted with the cart. Shared links only carry the products, not these details. Developers can adjust the data with the gt3d_acw_item_data, gt3d_acw_restore_item_data and gt3d_acw_share_include_data filters.

No. Known robots are ignored, and a guest's cart is only saved once the browser reports a real interaction (click, key press, scroll or touch). Robots that do not run scripts never create a cart.

They are asked to log in, and their saved cart is then merged with the cart they have, so that it follows them.

Carts from countries that WooCommerce does not sell to (or ship to, for carts that need shipping) are ignored, as well as excluded roles and IP addresses.

Scheduled jobs use Action Scheduler (included with WooCommerce) and fall back to WP-Cron.
