Yes. Anyone with an account at the centre can book any class while there are spots left, and cancel it until it starts. The only exception is members invited with a trial class: they can book one class until you give them full access.

When you invite someone from Members → Invite, tick "Trial class". That person can book one class only (booked, attended or on the waiting list). If they cancel it before it starts, they can choose another one. Managers get an email when a trial member books their class. When they sign up, open their profile in Members and press "Give full access". To stop offering trial classes, turn off "Trial class in invitations" in Settings → Centre; members already on a trial keep it until you give them full access. The app shows "page not found" Go to Settings → Permalinks and press "Save Changes". If you use a cache plugin, exclude the app address. Invitation emails do not arrive Gym Class Pass Manager uses the normal WordPress email. If emails end up in spam or are not sent, install an SMTP plugin with an email account on your domain.

No, unless you tick "Also delete activities, schedule and bookings" in Gym Class Pass Manager → Start before deleting it. User accounts are never deleted.
