Yes. Set display rules by URL path in the HelpJet dashboard, or return false from the helpjet_show_widget filter for the requests where it should not appear, for example add_filter( 'helpjet_show_widget', fn( $show ) => ! is_page( 'checkout' ) );.

Yes. The widget, block and shortcode work on any WooCommerce site, and products are imported as training content where they are exposed over the REST API.

Human escalation works by instruction today: tell the bot to send visitors to your support email or contact page when it cannot help. Every conversation is saved in the dashboard for your team to review.

Set English, Spanish, French, German or Japanese as the primary reply language. The plugin's own admin strings are translation-ready, with language packs from translate.wordpress.org.
