No. There is no setting for this, and the plugin always talks to https://hopmembers.com. Developers running HopMembers locally can override the origin with the hopmembers_for_woocommerce_api_base filter. Overrides must use HTTPS unless the hopmembers_for_woocommerce_allow_url filter also explicitly permits the URL, which exists only for local development.

Deactivating the plugin does not disconnect your store. Use the Disconnect button on WooCommerce → HopMembers, or uninstall the plugin, to remove webhooks and credentials.

Yes. The plugin uses WooCommerce APIs and webhooks rather than direct order post meta.
