There are three conditions which will allow the post to be submitted without prompting the user to confirm they are human. The user is logged in. Its assumed that you trust the people who are signed up not to spam. The enable for post comments option is not checked in the settings. There is no colour_one selected. You must have selected at least one color one cell on the answer image.
