No — it's a best-effort heuristic based on the PDF's text layout (Yes/No checkbox patterns, colon- or underscore-terminated blanks). Always review detected fields before publishing; some layouts (multi-option checkbox groups, table-based forms) need fields added manually.

Each submission's filled PDF is emailed to the site admin (and the submitter, if they provided an email) and kept in the Submissions log under the plugin's admin menu, capped at the 200 most recent per form.

Yes — enable the Persian toggle per form in the editor's Language tab, and provide a Persian label for each field. Visitors get a language switch link on the public form.
