Not at all! You can set up your feedback button entirely through the WordPress dashboard or Jotform’s intuitive, no-code Form Builder. Simply customize your form, enter your Form ID in the plugin settings, and the button will appear on your site automatically. If you’d like more advanced styling, you can optionally add custom CSS, but it’s never required.
With our Starter plan, you’ll have access to all Jotform features at no cost. However, if you’d like to create more forms, remove Jotform branding, and accept more monthly submissions, you’ll need to upgrade to a Bronze, Silver, or Gold plan. You can easily set up notification emails in your form’s settings. Simply enter your email address into the recipients list, and you’ll instantly receive emails as soon as someone fills out your form! And with our Jotform Mobile Forms app, you’ll even receive push notifications for each submission.
Your form ID is the string of digits at the end of your form’s URL. If you like, you can create a custom form URL that replaces these numbers.
