The plugin supports configured image, video, and document uploads. Processing depends on the selected provider, integration, and model. Uploading a file does not guarantee that its contents can be analyzed.

When conversation storage is enabled, messages and related metadata can be stored in custom WordPress database tables. Uploaded files may be stored in the WordPress Media Library. When storage is disabled, uploaded files are deleted after the provider request finishes, according to the plugin's cleanup behavior.

Check the provider selection, API key, model identifier, endpoint URL, provider account status, usage limits, and available error information.

Version 1.0.1 migrates compatible settings, including supported chatbot details and OpenAI settings when OpenAI was the previous provider. Review credentials and chatbot settings after upgrading; not every legacy provider setting is converted.
