Yes. Importing from CSV, XML, feeds, portals, CRMs and other WordPress sites is free, forever, with no account required. A free ListingPress account adds AI-rewritten descriptions; paid ListingPress plans add unlimited AI and scheduled auto-sync.

No. Manual importing works with no account and no external connection. An account only adds the AI and automation features.
CSV and XML files, live XML feed URLs, and these auto-detected formats: Kyero, Resales-Online, Property Finder, and REDSP (v3, v3 Extended and v4). You can also connect a Pixxi CRM account and pull from its API, or copy listings from another WordPress site (including RealHomes → Houzez). Most other portal, IDX and CRM exports work too via CSV/XML — mapping is filled in for you automatically.
Houzez, RealHomes and WPResidence get native, fully-mapped listings. On any other theme, listings publish as clean standard pages with the details and photo gallery.
Yes. Install ListingKit on both sites and use Property Import → Another WordPress site. RealHomes fields are translated to Houzez automatically, and Houzez custom fields (from Fields Builder) are carried over and recreated on the destination.
Yes. On a Houzez site, your Houzez Fields Builder custom fields appear as mapping targets, so a CSV/XML/feed column can be sent straight into the right custom field.
No. Imports run in small background batches, so large catalogs import steadily without overwhelming shared hosting. Leave the page and it pauses; come back and it continues.
Never. Source sites and feeds are accessed read-only.
Portal descriptions are identical across many sites, which can trigger a search-engine duplicate-content penalty. AI rewriting turns each description into unique copy so your site reads as original and has a better chance to rank.
