This usually means the Client Secret you entered contains extra spaces, was copied incorrectly, or has expired. Client Secrets expire based on the duration you set when creating them in Azure (typically 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years). Go back to your Azure app registration, navigate to "Certificates & secrets," check if your secret has expired, create a new one if needed, and carefully copy the entire secret value into the plugin settings.
