The brute force protection blocks an IP address after 20 failed login attempts within one hour. The lockout expires automatically after one hour. If you need immediate access, you can temporarily deactivate the plugin via FTP by renaming the plugin folder from loginicity to loginicity-disabled, then log in and rename it back.
