No. It only embeds the form and builds a link with the order number. The verification e-mail is entered by the customer directly in the Looply form.

Yes. It uses get_order_number(), so it respects order-numbering plugins.

No. The embed script is bundled with the plugin. The form is shown in an <iframe> from looply.sk (the service content), the same as embedding any external form. The form says it is not available even though it is active in Looply Make sure you copied the Public ID of the custom form (complaints or returns) — the data-servis-form value from Looply -> Settings -> Forms -> your form -> "Embed on web". Common mistakes: using the account Public ID instead of the form's ID, or the ID of a different (inactive) form. In the plugin settings each field has an "Open form to check" link — clicking it must show the form; if it does not, the ID is wrong. To embed the repair-order form, use [looply_form type="objednavky"] and fill its Public ID (the account Public ID) in the settings.
