Conversation records are kept in your WordPress database. You set the number of retention days. Set 0 to keep conversations until you delete them. You can export an individual conversation or email its transcript.

Yes. The appearance controls cover the assistant name, welcome message, colors, avatar, launcher image, font, size, and position. The layout also supports RTL sites.
