You need only one registration form. In the Stager opt-in process, your customers select the audience(s) they want to receive information for in the last step. The process is as follows: Customer submits the registration form on your site. Customer receives an email with a confirmation link. On the Stager confirmation page your audiences are presented as options for your customer. See the screendumps for an example.
