Install the Merchr POD for WooCommerce plugin on your website Activate the plugin, this will redirect you to the Merchr settings Create your Merchr account through the plugin and verify your email The API key will be automatically fetched from your Hub account so requires no input from you You then need to add some card details so that you can pay when an order comes through. You have the option of topping up an account balance for automatic order acceptance, or just store a card to manually accept each order. Now you’re ready to start selling! Remember to ensure that the only region you sell in is set as “United Kingdom” to avoid cancelled orders.

Design your products through the Merchr Hub Product designed on the Merchr Hub get pushed automatically to WooCommerce, this can take up to 10 minutes.

Currently Merchr's print-on-demand service is only available to those in the United Kingdom.

When you make a sale, the full transaction amount will be processed through your existing WooCommerce payment gateway linked to your store (Stripe, PayPal, etc). You will then separately pay us the Cost & Shipping prices for the products that have been ordered. A payment method must be added for each store, or your balance topped up, before listing any products so that when a customer places an order you can cover the Product Cost. The Product Cost must be paid before the order is sent for printing. For Pre-Paid Balance Top-Up

From here you can use a credit or debit card to top up your account balance. Make sure you select ‘Account Balance’ as your default payment method. For Pay-As-You-Go with a Stored Card

From here you can add a credit or debit card which will be automatically billed when a customer places an order. After adding a card, navigate to Payment > Payment Settings where you can ensure the default payment method is set as ‘Stored Card.’
