Somebody arriving through LINE has proven only that they hold a LINE account. The account created for them can carry no more than the right to read the site, so the choice is limited to roles that can do nothing else -- subscriber, and WooCommerce's customer. Anything that can write, upload or manage has to be granted by an administrator afterwards. Account creation itself is a setting (New visitors) you can switch off, in which case only existing accounts can sign in with LINE.

It is imported automatically. Activating this one copies your channel settings, LINE users, WordPress account bindings and reply rules across from the older plugin's tables and options, leaving the originals in place. Credentials that were stored as plain text are re-stored encrypted, and reply rules are moved to the column the code actually reads, so some may work for the first time. Deactivate and delete the older plugin once you have confirmed this one works. Leaving both active means two webhook handlers competing for the same events.

One thing. The webhook keeps answering at the old address, so messages keep arriving. The LINE Login callback address is new: copy the Callback URL from LINE > Settings into your LINE Login channel in the Developers Console (add it alongside the old one). Everything else -- settings, LINE users, account links, reply rules -- is imported for you.
